388 Boush Street

The 388 Boush Street team, a partnership between the City of Norfolk, CMSS, and Collins Enterprises, set out to expand on the success of their previous downtown collaborations, the Heritage at Freemason Harbor and PierPointe Condominiums, and to establish Boush Street corridor as one of the areas most desirable addresses.

Now complete, this 87-unit condominium development boasts high-end, human-scaled design that incorporates privately owned condominiums with a city owned, center-block garage. Urban-style stoops provide ground-level residents with street front access and give the structure a unique character within downtown.

The result will transform what was, a decade ago, little more than a commuter throughway, to a bustling, sought-after neighborhood destined to become the lifeblood of downtown.
