Development Standards

As leaders in public and private efforts to create coordinated, built environments, CMSS Architects is experienced in producing development criteria for public and private agencies that guide the implementation efforts toward the intention of the master plan. We become active participants in the architectural review process to ensure that the standards are maintained. Issues addressed include architectural design features, landscape architectural standards and plant types, signage, access for service vehicles, and screening and planting for green space. The design criterias we prepare illustrate our sensitivity to public entities and the community at large — especially as they impact the long-term economic viability of the development.
