CMSS's designs reflect the surrounding community’s legacy. Our architectural philosophy is to weave a building upon the historic roots and character of an area so that the local vernacular serves as the basis for design. Our experience spans a wide variety of projects: office buildings, telecommunication and call centers, residential housing neighborhoods, restaurants, retail buildings, entertainment and recreation facilities, laboratories and medical buildings, parking structures, hotels, warehouses and government facilities such as embassies, dormitories and barracks. CMSS designs these structures in an assortment of settings, from corporate office parks to rural neighborhoods to urban downtown districts.
