Towne Pavilion Center II
As one of the few office buildings in the resort area located along the main interstate gateway route, the new Towne Pavilion Center II will greet a plethora of tourist traffic, so expectations are high.
CMSS designed the five-story, 84,000 SF Class A office building with architectural features that connect the new building with an existing office center and the new Virginia Beach Convention Center. Modern forms, precast concrete panels, and glass curtain walls draw attention to the building and the bank located in the first floor. Two lobby entrances on opposite sides of the building, allow easy access from both the parking lot and main sidewalks. The lobbies will double as public reception and gallery spaces.
Towne Bank will fill almost half of the space of the $20 million building, enjoying unparalleled access and connectivity amidst the culture and excitement of the resort district.
