Located within the 1,100-acre Westfields Corporate Office Park, seven miles south of Washington Dulles International Airport in Fairfax County, Virginia, CMSS designed every aspect of this six-level, 210,000 SF office building with the end-user in mind.

Nine- and ten-foot ceiling heights, 30’ x 40’ column grids and column-free floorplates provide maximum flexibility and efficiency by allowing a number of space configurations. The interior plaza immediately sets a tone of distinction for tenant clients with marble flooring accented by medium-tone cherry wood, glass panels and reflective gray granite accent walls. The ceiling features dramatic curves and recessed lighting, while large cylindrical support columns are covered in a metal finish, furnishing a high-tech aesthetic atmosphere.

CMSS additionally provided site development services inclusive of landscaping, pedestrian sidewalks, roadways & drives, exterior signage and lighting.
