Ashburn Crossroads Office Condominiums
In the DC metro area, the market for office condominiums is rapidly growing. These allow small businesses to own rather than lease intimate spaces tailored specifically to their needs. CMSS is designing two, two-story and two, three-story office condominiums, totaling 75,000 SF.
The buildings are stick-built and feature brick facades with three colors of brick arranged in patterns designed to visually provide the look of smaller, row-type buildings within each larger structure.
