Culpepper Landing

Culpepper Landing is a new 488-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) located in the Deep Creek district of Chesapeake, Virginia.

Designed to reestablish the model of the area’s once prominent residential villages, this project will create more than 1,000 homes and 20,000 square feet of retail and commercial space in an integrated village setting on the edge of one of Virginia’s greatest natural settings, the Great Dismal Swamp. To further capitalize on its location, Culpepper landing will also feature a small marina with water access to the Great Dismal Swamp Canal.

CMSS will be responsible for planning and design of Culpepper Landing.
