Fountain Way Parking Structure

The Fountain Way Parking Garage is a key element in the success of the retail district of the City Center at Oyster Point. As a part of this project, the design team has developed a signage package that utilizes captivating and thematic design details, and creates an inviting gateway to the project.

In a community where seaport trade is an important part of the local history, the concept incorporates several nautical references. Bright colors mark key navigational points and directional signage. A series of lighthouse drawings identify the different parking levels. Bold, sans serif fonts make signage easy to read and reflect the Art Deco style of the structure itself. Overall this vibrant environmental graphic design sets the stage for a great experience in the thriving town center.
