Heritage Hunt
Stretching across 800 acres of rolling hunt country, Heritage Hunt is an award-winning premier “active adult” community featuring a championship golf course and country club. The growing number of residents of this and nearby projects provided ample incentive for the development team to include a neighborhood retail center.
CMSS planned and designed the 30,000 SF retail center to both fit into the aesthetic context of the Heritage Hunt community and provide an upscale setting for the merchants and services to benefit this flourishing community. Completed in the winter of 2007, the list of tenants includes The Daily Grind, Thursday’s Restaurant, Vocelli’s Pizza, Taste of Asian Restaurant, and a number of services and retailers, including dry cleaners, a nail salon and spa, a bank, and a fitness center.
The fall of 2007 will bring the projected construction of an additional 7,500 SF retail space.
