Kincora Village Center
Northern Virginia is a hotbed for education, research, and technology. No where is this more apparent than in the Route 7 corridor in Loudoun County, where the 454 acre Kincora Village Center is being developed. With five centers of higher education in the vicinity and a series of high technology employers, the demand for housing, workspaces, and amenities is growing. This high-density mixed-use village will center on the concept of a knowledge-based employment center providing Class A office space to attract the nation’s best and brightest.
This walkable community will integrate a mix of uses including housing, office, retail and hotel facilities that encompass nearly 7.5 million SF. To the east, the village is bordered by a 175 acre wetlands preserve, a natural amenity with walking and biking trails.
