Midtown North Lofts
Developed to complement the ultra-chic cosmopolitan atmosphere of the Reston Town Center, this luxury condominium complex was conceived as an elegant contemporary living option with an urban loft feel. Building on the legacy of Reston’s historic Lake Anne Village Center, the project echoes the progressive nature of this ground-breaking model for mixed-use development.
Inspired by the rich cultural diversity and appreciation for the arts within the community, CMSS took a unique approach when designing the project. Instead of the predictable wood and rough brick of traditional urban lofts, the 79 residences reflect a more modern, international style. Open floor plans, 12-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows are enhanced with exposed architectural elements and high-end finishes and fixtures. The seven-story building conceals a five-story garage that services the surrounding blocks and includes two levels of dedicated, controlled-access underground parking. An adjacent five-story building adds townhouse-style units.
Although residents are treated to exclusive amenities such as concierge service, a private fitness area, community lounge, rooftop terrace, and membership to the Midtown Club, it is exceptional design that makes this the most fashionable address in town.
