Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro
Occupying a prominent location overlooking the fountain plaza, the Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro brings a new metropolitan element to the Town Center – adding an upscale venue that offers not only fine vintage wines but a complete dining experience.
For this project, the CMSS design team was challenged to create a diverse interior landscape within a confined space. Using dynamic geometry, the space is bisected by a diagonal axis, placing the bar at center stage with a separate wine merchandising area and seating at the front and rear. An open grid ceiling, hand-blown glass fixtures, a central fireplace, and a 47-tap, custom-designed cruvenet are just a few of the features.
Now completed, this project is a provocative fusion of taste and style, combining a club-style atmosphere with a slick cosmopolitan aesthetic to create a space nothing short of exceptional.
