CMSS’ newest mixed-use hotel on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront is now open for business. The $29 million, 270,000 SF project houses high-end hotel suites as well as condominiums and includes its own 156-space parking garage.

Crowds are already gathering at the 13-story, 168-suite hotel, and during the summer months the adjacent outdoor pool plaza and beach club are drawing an amazing number of visitors. The hotel’s spacious 6,400 SF conference center, restaurant, and fitness center provide service to guests and residents alike.

The project’s 24 condominiums, secluded from the tourist traffic at the north end of the building, feature a private entrance. Almost sold to capacity, full-time residents will soon be joining hotel guests, enjoying the luxury of their new homes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
