Town Center of Virginia Beach - West Retail

With Phase One of the Town Center completed, the next phase was designed to draw more people and traffic to the pedestrian-friendly streets by emphasizing retail and hospitality components.

Having these goals in mind, CMSS provided planning and design for a three-story, vertical, mixed-use block with nearly 100,000 SF of street-level retail and commercial space above. A vibrant medley of exterior materials and storefronts create unique personalities for the retail and hospitality tenants – from the dramatic tile and stucco façade of The Cheesecake Factory to the classic, elegant brick Brooks Brother’s store.

Popular restaurants, including Keagans’ Irish Tavern and Gordon Biersh Brewery Restaurant, retail spaces, and fully-leased upper floors make West Retail’s sidewalks abound with people from dawn to dusk and beyond.
