Town Center Two
Located in an office park developed by the University of Virginia Foundation, this project was designed within the parameters of pre-established design guidelines and the traditional architecture of the UVA concept.
CMSS provided architectural and interior design for the four-story, 84,000 SF structure, which sits on a sloping site. The design is a contemporary interpretation of the classic, Jeffersonian-influenced architecture prevalent in Albemarle County, and it works within the local vernacular while meeting the demands of the commercial real estate market. There are two entry lobbies on different levels in response to the slope of the site.
Today, Town Center Two has become home to an impressive list of the region’s research and development companies.
