Village of Arcola

With the approval of the Route 50 Task Force Plan by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, the way is now clear to continue development of one of CMSS’ latest projects, Arcola Center, a large-scale, mixed-use development near the Village of Arcola in Loudoun County. With the initial land acquisition of the 300 plus acre project concluded, master planning has begun in earnest. The first stage of the rezoning process is also underway.

When completed, Arcola Center will boast a full mix of uses including substantial retail, commercial office space, and several residential products as well as a historic tourism destination in the form of one of Loudoun County’s most historic structures, a former slave quarters located adjacent to the project site.
